Elegant, oriental and very tastefully decorated, the Breezes Beach Club is located very quietly on the miles of palm fringed sandy beach on the east coast.
The spacious restaurant is located directly at the pool with bar and beautiful outdoor area and spoils its guests daily with very varied cuisine in buffet form. A grill and seafood restaurant as well as a very romantic small seating area near the beach offer additional culinary delights. Right next door there are two bars and various comfortable seating areas that invite you to linger and a coffee/tea room. In or next to the main building there is a reception, a lounge, an internet cafe, a shopping bazaar, a spa, fitness/aerobic centre and a tennis court. On the beach there is a Marine Activity Center for water sports enthusiasts and a diving center offering snorkeling and diving excursions. Equipment can be rented.
There are standard and deluxe rooms and suites. The standard rooms are located in the rear part of the complex with terrace and garden view, air conditioning, refrigerator, electronic safe, hairdryer and pull-out bed for triple occupancy. The Deluxe rooms have the same facilities but are more spacious and closer to the pool/beach at ground floor level with terrace. Directly above are the suites, with a very large terrace with deckchairs, part of which is covered. They also have a walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

The Swahili House

Description:
Situated in the heart of Stone Town, in one of the many winding alleys is Swahili House. The former trading house of an Indian merchant was built in the nineteenth century and has been inhabited by several sultans over the decades. Today it has been faithfully restored and furnished in a mixture of traditional Swahili culture and modern structures.
The rooms are spread over 5 floors and built around a beautiful, quiet courtyard. They are accessible by stairs and an elevator. 22 rooms, including Deluxe Rooms (standard with twin or double beds), Suites (slightly more spacious with or without balcony) and Sultan Suites (very spacious with balcony) are spread over four floors. All rooms are comfortable in Swahili style but restored to Western standards, i.e. with large mattresses, air conditioning and fan.
Above the rooftops of Stone Town on the roof terrace is the airy restaurant and bar, offering its guests a magnificent view over the old town and the Indian Ocean.
A variety of fresh food from East and West is offered. The pool with sun deck is also located up here.

The casual and authentic Zanzibar-style Spice Island Resort offers superior, deluxe, ocean front suites and family bungalows. It offers bed and breakfast, half or full board or all inclusive.
On a small elevation of the restaurant is the Cinema Lounge with comfortable furniture for relaxing with breathtaking sea views. Films are shown here regularly.
All rooms are very airy and brightly furnished with an open shower and partly with a bathtub. The spacious Superior Bungalows (55m²) are set in a large tropical garden. Facilities include king size beds, lounge, fan, bathroom with open shower, toilet, chest of drawers, desk, safe, air conditioning, telephone and a terrace with garden view. The Deluxe Bungalows (55m²) are located in the two front rows and therefore closer to the main buildings and have an additional bed (triple occupancy), bathtub for 2 persons, coffee/tea station, room service and view of the garden or the sea. The Ocean Front Suites with 150 m² are located on a private beach area in a separate building. They also have a living room, dining area, dressing room, 50 inch TV, Blue Ray Player, library, outdoor lounge, espresso machine and 24 hour butler and room service. The suites can be booked as single, double, 3 or 4 person occupancy. The Family Bungalows are very comfortably equipped with 3 extra beds (cot) for families with up to 3 children with connecting door, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and two private terraces overlooking the garden.

The Fumba Beach Lodge is a natural and open “Robinson-Crusoe” style lodge, situated in a quiet and off the beaten track on a peninsula in Menai Bay south of Stone Town (30 minutes drive) in a marine reserve.
The spacious open restaurant offers delicious local and international cuisine. The Dhow Bar and a pool with terrace offer magnificent sea views. If you want to pamper yourself, sign up for one of the many treatments at the Baobab Spa. A water sports centre offers various activities such as windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. Diving courses are also offered. Distributed in the garden you will find various retreats and private terraces to enjoy the beautiful view and atmosphere undisturbed.
The small complex consists of 26 comfortably furnished bungalows, of which 20 are deluxe rooms, 4 luxury suites and 2 baobab suites. The rooms and bungalows have a private terrace and are family-friendly for up to 4 persons with garden or sea view. The Deluxe Rooms are located directly on the beach with deck chairs and hammocks. The Deluxe Suites are more spacious and luxurious with outdoor shower and hammocks on a covered terrace and direct access to the sea.
The baobab suites (honeymoon suites), which are built around a 900 year old baobab tree, offer ultimate extravagance. The bathrooms of these suites are completely outdoors, the terraces with hammock offer no views from the outside and they have direct access to the sea. All rooms and suites have king-size beds, mosquito nets, tea/coffee station, small library, desk, fan and room safe.

Bahari View Lodge

Situated on the miles of white sandy beach of the south-east coast, in the shade of coconut trees, you will find Bahari View Lodge.
The open, covered restaurant offers delicious meals. The simple lodge also offers a WLAN lounge with internet access, a massage platform, a souvenir shop, laundry service and safe. The active vacationer can rent mountain bikes or snorkeling equipment.
The twelve comfortable bungalow rooms (triple occupancy possible) are embedded in a spacious tropical garden with swimming pool and beach bar. Facilities include single and double beds, mosquito nets, a sitting area, shower/WC, ceiling and floor fan and a small veranda.
